VA SESA Update

I call VA SESA yesterday. Processing RIR - April, 2002 & NON-RIR August 2001. He did not gave me the dates, even after I asked for it. I don't know why?:confused:

I have a question......
My company is filing labor for my green card.I have heard that H1B extension beyond 6 year time limit is possible only if filed in NON RIR Categiory.Is it true?
or should i convince them to file in RIR?

HELP - Got Prevailing wage Deficiency Letter from Virginia SESA

Hi All,

I am in panic situation. I got a letter from Virginia SESA (non-RIR) that my salary reported is about 30,000 less then prevailing wage. My lawyer is asking to change the wage on the application, but I don't think it will be exceptable to my employer. Has anybody got the same letter and what resolution did you take.
