FP notice dated 09/29/05 Recd 10/03/05 scehduled on 10/13/05 at Newark
Mine is not concurrent filing.(I140-RD: 08/15/05 AD:08/30/05. TX) Edited

VSC guys , please wait for the seperate FP notice. Pl do not scehdule FP appt based on I-485 receipts and message.Some guys did it already and the ASC refused on date of appt since the I-485 receipt does not have any info about FP 'CODE' .I read this in murthy forums.

LUD -09/30/05/.

BTW, my company applied for 5 people on the same day, same RD's.

2 of them received their EAD approvals today!!! No news of mine
 
called USCIS

I called USCIS toll free number today for the status of my concurrent filing that reached on 09/30/2005. after 30 minutes wait time:

1.I was asked to wait until end of october for response regarding recepit number

2.They will not be able to answer if my concurrent application is accpeted/not accepted (related to retro issues) at this point as this is something to do with different division that works on receiving applications.

Receipt notices

VSC Self-petition, EB2-NIW I-140/I-485/EAD/AP all the works, Fedex mailed 9/24/2005, RD 9/26/2005, ND 10/6/2006. Notices arrived in mail today, posted 10/7/2005. Everyone should be receiving their stuff soon, did you check your mail box??

No action! waiting continues.

Recieved reciept notice dated sep 27th.
Fingerprinting notice dated sep 29th
Fingerprinting done at local immigration office on Oct.7th
 
Same thing-I-485 notice asked us to schdule appt. for FP-did that. Then recieved notice for FP in mail. Kept original appt. ( made over phone) since it was earlier - no questions asked at the immigration center-got FP done a week ahead of the FP date in the biometrics notice.

I am quite sure that getting notice for FP on 485 itself is just a VSC thing. I applied at NSC and there was no mention of biometrics or FP.
 
Got a call from lawyer last night. Applied Sept 26th, received at NSC Sept 27th. receipt date Oct 5th for I140,I485, I765 and I131.

Finally I found someone who filed at NSC! Lets keep in touch with regards to receipt of 140, EAD and AP approvals. Do PM me when you receive them. I shall do the same.
