Unpaid vacation on EAD

Hi All,

I am currently using my EAD through AC21. My salary for I-140 records was 75K and have been making the same. However, I need to take 3 month unpaid vacation. As a result of this, my salary for this year will be $56250. The difference here is $18,750. Would this cause any problems? Is it OK to take unpaid vacation while working on EAD?

That's fine. There's no requirement that you be employed or paid on an EAD.
