University recognition for TN

Would a US nationally accredited university degree (Online) be sufficient for applying TN under health care management field in the absence of any practical experience?

If it's not a Bachelor's degree, you need 5 years experience for that category.

I am aware of the experience clause, but my question was regarding the criteria for the recognition of a degree.

Masters in Health Administration for a total of 45 credits (15 courses of 3 credits).

So, generally, no. It's the 4-year bachelors degree that needs to be met.

As u already know that in order to get admitted to any US MS program, one has to have the some kind of pre-requisite BS degree (in my wife's case, a foreign one in a slightly different field i.e. BS MicroBiology). Won't having an MS degree in Health management supersede BS degree requirement?

No, your BS must be in a related field to your TN.

Would a 3 year BS degree from Canada with no experience be recognized?

If you got it evaluated as equiv to the 4 year US program, and it was related to your category, yes. Don't forget that MC is absolutely the most scrutinized TN category.
