Would a US nationally accredited university degree (Online) be sufficient for applying TN under health care management field in the absence of any practical experience?

e.g. Institutional Accreditation by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC)

I presume you mean Management consultant? since the category you describe does not exist.

I am aware of the experience clause, but my question was regarding the criteria for the recognition of a degree.

I guess it would depend on how long the degree took and what exactly they are calling it...

As u already know that in order to get admitted to any US MS program, one has to have the some kind of pre-requisite BS degree (in my wife's case, a foreign one in a slightly different field i.e. BS MicroBiology). Won't having an MS degree in Health management supersede BS degree requirement?

If you got it evaluated as equiv to the 4 year US program, and it was related to your category, yes. Don't forget that MC is absolutely the most scrutinized TN category.
