2nd EADs ..

Do they give the validity of the 2nd EAD from the date the first EAD expires or on the day the processing completed for the 2nd EAD? Thank you.
 
I-485 query without FP

Hi there!
My I-140 ND is dec 13th 2004 and it was approved on 07/26 and I never received even one FP notice.

And on 08/03 I received query for my I-485 on my medicals.I replied back and online status says received your response.I am just hoping mine is another miracle case and I would get my 485 alos approveds soon.

EAD extension received in 16 days

Our EAD extension was mailed by attoney on 19th July. I received the card on 13th Aug. It was approved on 06th Aug.

Even though we (myself & my spouse) filed together, she has not received her EAD extension. Interesting thing is our 485 LUD's have changed twice. I am eager to see some development.

My 1st EAD was valida till 12/09/04. But my EAD extension validity is from 08/06/04 to 08/05/05.

I received EAD card before getting the receipt notice. Therefore, I don't know the RD.
I hope it helps. Also I am from VSC and not from CSC.

Eb3 I-140 Rd: 6/28/04 Ad: 8/20/04

Hello fellow GC seekers--

Today is my day to share the great news with you. My I-140 was approved today!!! I literally could not believe it and I had to check the UCSIS website 3 x before the news sunk in. Here are the details of my case:

EB3 I-140 RD: 6/28/2004 AD: 8/20/2004, opted for consular processing
LC RIR

I am a healthcare worker (non-nurse, non-physician). I work for a big non-profit company. There should have been no question on my educational equivalence (and indeed I received no RFE), 4-yr BSc, 2-yr MSc degree in the field + 9-years experience.

I sincerely hope for the rest of you who are still waiting that your good news will come soon. Thank you.

After sending the RFE for your I-140, did USCIS website update your case with the message that they received it? How long it took for that message to get updated?

I am happy for you. But its sad that my I-140 still to come. I probably seem to be the only one from July 2003 waiting for one.
