You got maarried to a Greencard holder? it takes I think about six years unless you spouse becomes a US citizen. Correct me if I am wrong

what uscis / policy makers dos not understand is how they affecting people lives.

They may understand, but frankly I don't think its high on their priority when creating things like the namecheck program.

In the latest update, USCIS says "*All I-130s received after the indicated date have been forwarded to USCIS Chicago Lockbox for data entry"

In the earlier press relesae, they said I-130s will be data entered at local service center even when sent to Chicago lockbox.

a) can uscis be steady in their releases?
b) Why did it take this long to decide forwarding I-130s to chicago lockbox. Should they have done thsi before so that frontlog can be cleared and people who need K3 could have applied.

They DO understand. The goal is to frustrate immigrants so they'll stay away. They're doing a good job with the frustration part.
