Unauthorized employment... about to file for green card

On the I-485 there is a question about whether i work and who the employer is.
Ive been working for 3 years at this company they do not know of my illegal status (started as an intern and started working with a ss number my dad had given me,i know it is veeery wrong but i was really struggling):( .
I file for taxes and pay taxes with my TIN.
Been in the country for 10 years started and graduated from college here reason why i had to get a job to support my needs (including tutition).
I do not want to put the company in trouble and now i don't know what to write down as whether i work or not.
I'll appreciate your advice :eek:

On what basis you are filing your I-485? Is that employment based or family based? Go to good lawyer and provide your full details to lawyer and seek legal advice.
who dont know your history how you came to US.
 
Sorry, yes i came here under a tourist visa B-2. then changed my status to an F1 student status but its approval came when i had finish studying at one school and i was pendant for college... Long story short i was out of status almost immediately since the college was not able to reinstate the status to a student status. Non the less i continued my studies full time for 6 years and finished them. However the last three years have been way too hard with tuition increases and such that i had to seek for employment where i used to intern and decided to stay. I have been filing for taxes with my tax ID number for the three years i have worked.
Now i am a Happy newlywed... My husband and i finished at the same school same careers and after 2 months of being married we want to start the process for my green card.
 
Your husband is a US citizen and is going to file for your green card? Or are you planning to get your green card through your father or employer? Who sponsors your green card makes a difference in whether your unauthorized employment will cause your application to be denied or not.

Yes my husband will be filing for my green card.
