Does anyone have any experience in getting a Visa in a RTD (no GC) going to the UK? How long does it take and are you required to have an interview? I applied for one online and I actually got scheduled for a biometrics appointment for at USCIS Application Support Center! I guess it makes sense. It is a last minute trip for work and hopefully I will get the visa in time.
Also, I have read previously in this forum that it is better to keep all my I-94's with me and not surrender them to the airlines when I leave the country. I just re-entered the US from a trip to Europe and I'm not sure whether to take the I-94 out of my RTD. I tried looking for the post in older threads but cannot find them. I think it was posted by wantmygcnow. Can someone please advise? Thank you in advance.
