U.S Citizenship certificate question

Can one request first, middle and last name printed on Citizenship certificate or it only has spaces for first and last names? I go by my middle name and it is very important to me that middle name shows up on the certificate.

I have my middle name on the certificate. I guess the name that you mention on N-400 will get printed. If interview is not done, you can ask the officer during the interview.

If you included middle name on application (as confirmed by birth certificate) , your middle name will appear on certificate as well. Even if your birth certificate doesn't have your middle name you can ask for a name change at interview for them to add middle name.

Near the concolusion of your interview, you will be shown paper which shows the information that will be printed on your naturalisation certificate. If your middle name is showing on that, it will be on your certificate.

Just a little heads up, make sure you do thoroughly check the info on this slip - don't assume it will be correct, Mine showed my previous citizenship as Austrian - it should have been Australian.
