Two questions on OCI

1. Travisa website says we need to send TWO copies of all documents and says that all copies need to be attested 'This is a true copy of the original' and a signature. How do we do it? Do I have to write that one liner and sign on a blank white sheet for every single duplicate copy of the various documents? Or do I just write it once and sign on a white papaer and attach it to the whole bundle of the duplicate documents? Also, I assume I don't ahve write this on the documents themselves, rather just on a separate white paper should suffice, right?

2. Travisa asks use to pay $290 inculding consular fee and Travisa processing fee. Do I just take a single cashier's check in the name of Travisa?

Too many silly questions when we fill these forms out....but then it's better to be safe than sorry ;) Thanks in advance for all the helpful responses.
 
you need to write the self attestation sentence on every single page of those 2 sets.
ya single cashier's check or MO would be cool

You mean self attestation sentence AND signatue at the bottom of every sheet, right?
 
unfortunately yes. it sucks, but you don't need to write it in perfect handwriting. Cursive worked the best for me and i even changed my signature 'cause I had more than 40 copies to sign and self attest.
 
TWO copies means , Original 1 + 2 copies = total 3 or Original 1+ copy 1 = total 2 ? Second My daughter is 8 years old. Can she write her name as signature or thumb impression is better ? Thx in advance.
 
If the original is asked for, send it. To be safe, include two ADDITIONAL copies of everything and self attest them.
