For BlueEagle to follow up on July 2001 ND

BlueEagle,

I am able to talk w/ IIO just a sec ago to follow up w/ case.
she said that my case has been assigned on March 12. It will take about 2 - 4 weeks.
It is really suprised me since I called TSC on March 11 and IIO said
that my case is on "Transition Process ". I think that it will make
difference to call IIO for july 2001 ND case.

please call TSC if you could and let me know.

Many of us also waiting. The reason is that somehow TSC sigle out our cases and put it to a unknow conner. since they announced that they are processing Sep case, so they label ours as "in transition process", and it has been in this process at least a month. I was told by IIO that "many if not thousands" lay down there.

I do not expect anything can happen soon, my suggestion is:
ask your lawyer send inquiry and write to your congressman.

The most important thing to deal with TSC is luck though!

The IIO I called to ask me to call back next Monday, I will let you know the news then.

Thanks for the info. I dont know my Notice Date. I will ask my lawyer about that.. Btw, do you guys have ND in July or RD in July?. Just curious.. Thanks in advance.

Guys, Was just cheking whats going on with TSC 140 board..And Glad to know that TSC seems to have picked up some pace..What happened to KP\'s 140...

My 140 was approved in Nov 2001..I applied for AOS in NSC (thank god) as i live in that jurisdiction..this week i recd EAD(in less than 3 weeks) for me and my wife..

I miss this board on NSC 485 front, even though I was mostly read-only member here.

Looks to me like INS might see big changes and will be for good due to Atta\'s student visa case..

Anyway Good Luck to you all waiting..

There are some EB2-RIR July Approvals in this Week.

Talked to IIO

I talked to an IIO today, got the same answer-wait for two weeks.
Waiting for two weeks seams like their standard answer. Probably the
officers have to finish their assignments in hand at the end of this month.
My case was assigned in the early of the Feb.

Usually I will get through INS after keeping diag for half hour, after that, waiting another 40 min, if I am lucky not being kick out that day, I will be able talk to an IIO.

For inquiry, your lawyer should know the number and the procedure.

So far I could not speak to IIO. I will check AVM this weekend. I can\'t speak to IIO as my work will not permit me to wait such long.I am EB2-RIR July 19 ND.

I am so sorry to hear about your RFE? What is it about? Did it came to you or not. In parallel please try to get your company\'s this year 2001 tax return papers ready. As you may have to send it against RFE.
