Folks, Greetings to you all. I propose to start this new thread for all the May 2004 filers. I havent seen any progress for May 2004, may be this would help in tracking

--I140-May 19th 2004 (rd)
--I485-May 19th 2004 (rd)

Any updates on May04 FP's

Did anyone from May 04 get FP request. I saw most of Apr 04 done with FP in Dec 04. Is the next batch May/June 04?
 
Wait and see

We will wait and see how TSC processes in view of retrogression
and cancellation of concurrent adjudication.
By end of Jan we can predict the trend.Then we can start
separate thread for May/Jun/July tracker

I realized the fp stopped for most of us applied after May. I will not say it is too early to...... because if you guys aware that somebody like msatl 140/485's (nd is 4/23/04) got his approval in December, you probably will not say it is too early to start a thread for May.... I strongly agree we at least start tracking fp for may or later.

This plan is very nice, we will stick to it.
 
Results awaited.

The recent TSC processing date bulletin says Apr 17,2004. Hold your breath guys, we are not far. We will soon start seeing lot of activity for May 2004.

I think most of April 04 guys got FPs by Dec 2004. Pretty soon TSC may take MA/June/July/... bunch for FP ??? Lets hope good.
