TSC May 2004 Filers

Here is Our details,

EB3 Sub Labor ( PD on Sub Labor 08/13/2002)
I140 ND- 05/11/2004
I485 - 08/16/2004
FP-?
 
Though I doubt the dataset immigrationwatch.com has, but the list of recent approvals for TSC I140 chills your nerves. Most of the cases approved recently are with RD >= June'04!! Only few May'04 cases approved.

Again, I do not know the authencity or the completness of the data. And also there would have been more May approvals last month. This was my first visit to the site.

Little guess, little joke

Assumption I:

Time: Sept 2004

USCIS received order from xxx and ask their staff to send FP notice out to the 140/485 concurrent filers whose RD till May 2004.

Result:

Most people received their FP notice except May or later 2004 filer :)

Assumption II:

Time: Jan 2005

USCIS received another memo said no more concurrent and can start adjudicate cases for 140's RD from May 2004 and further.

Result:

Most June/July/..... 2004 filers got their 140 approved :)

So, most May 2004 filers are standing in a big cold hole that marked as "no FP, no 140 approval"
 
Got FP notice.

Details:

EB2 RIR Labor filed Apr2001.
Labor approval: Feb 2004.
Concurrent I140 & 485 filed: May 2004
Finger Printing notice recvd: 01/29/2005, Appt Dt: 02/08/2005

So FP notices are starting... lets wait & watch.
 
Saw GCAMIRAGE's early post today, looks he is May filer and got FP as well. I think we shall expect our FP notice soon. Guys, keep our spiriturals up.
 
How do you get FP Notice

Is it via email , I've registered my src id's on uscis, are they responsible to sending this info about FP via email or you recv. physical mail.

I asked my lawyer, it will send by mail to us and lawyer also gets a copy. Good luck.
 
LUD changed

I noticed a LUD change on my I-140. no changes to I-485 (of course, I donot expect that to happen anytime sooner). Keeping my fingers crossed.

One down. Two more to go.

No update(s) on the online status neither any approval emails. But recieved the approval document stating that the 140 was approved on the LUD date itself.

Next target : FP and 485.
