TSC I485 New Message???

hi,
Is there any number other than the 1-800. I gave my 2nd FP on JAN 5th/07,called the FBI the next day and they said the FP was cleared and sent to USCIS the same day.I had a LUD change on 01/05, 01/07, 01/08 but no message change. My PD is current and when i call the customer service they just read the old message they have in their system which they never update. How I can get the current proccessing status over phone?

You should try to reach TSC using the good old POJ method.
Call 1-800-375-5283, then go in the following sequence:

1-2-2-6-1-enter I485 receipt number (should begin with SRC, use keys 7-7-2)-1-1-3-4.

You will be connected to an officer in TSC - ask him/her - they normally have more information.

Thanks for your update. May I ask, your last message was the Document other than card was mailed and manufactured on the last LUD or they change it to RFE?

How many days did it take the letter to get to you?

no it never changed its still at the same status...

i recieved it on 19th and it was mailed on 12 so it took 7 days...

after a huge research this message is an Undelivered Mail. your application is still in a pending status i recomend setting up InfoPass and talk to immigration worker.
 
I received a letter yesterday. However, it just told me my case is been delayed because of the security check. :mad:

May I know which number you call to FBI to get information if your FP is cleared?

If you filed your I485 in TSC, and you received the same message. You can call the number that desimaninusa post. They will tell you what kind of document that you will receive.

i think her i-485 its approval doesn't it?
when dou you think mine and my wife is coming?

I never saw any dependent approval without principle applicant been approved. I think the principle applicant will get approve too.

by the way, is your daugther above 14? if not, did she requied to do a FP? or when she did her FP?

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On January , 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please
allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something
from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card,
call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as
we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

The message car ordered is for me and my wife, my daughter is the approval notice and i think its because she didnt do the bio and they need the photo....
i'll let you know when we get the real one (Card) :).

Congratulation!

I filled my EB2 case on Jun 30, 2006 to TSC. Now they processed Jul 17 but I still waiting... So as my wife. We have several LUD during this time but without any result.

I got status "Document other than card was mailed" twice. Both time after we updated address. So I got confirmation of this change. When I contacted USCIS few month ago - they told that my case was approved... I'm confused. But this status doesn't mean approve.

I still dont know what means that message...
but the good thing is that it changed to card ordered
