I encourage everyone to post questions/information and not just feelings of frustration. Lets try to keep the forum shorter and more meaningful.

Brief summaries:

1. AVM has been updated since Jan 31, 2002.
2. Some late July cases are being processed.
3. It seems TSC is speeding up the processing. We have seen average about three approvals from late January.

Congratulations to DHK for his EB1 case approval.

DHK\'s apprvoal has the following details: ND 03/12/2001, AP: 02/04/2002.
Does anyone listen to the INS TSC director radio show? what did she say about the processing of I140? Does she have any plan to improve the situation?

these figures are they gustimates? this numbers are they total os on our board or with tsc..if tsc where do u get the figures from
 
Congrats!

ED, It is great news and now a days lot of EB1 approvals. it seems they are handling EB3, EB1 and EB2s. But nothing certain in this TSC.

RD - August 29 2001
ND = Sep 10 2001
AD - Feb 11 2002

any approvals of NSC 11/29 transfered cases?

I got to talk to an IIO and she said that my file has been assigned to an officer on feb 6. Waiting patiently to hear the good news soon.....

Dear friends, I will definetely pray for all of you..so that u will receive ur approvals sooner...I know it is devastating to see people still waiting for the past 1 year and all of a sudden u see rush of approvals with as liitle as 5 months in waiting....

AVM just says so with approval date specified.

I believe AVM message was updated on yesterday since on last weekend the message was sitll saying "it takes 200-275 days..."
