Hi,

Our EAD got approved on Sep, 28th.

RD - 30 May, 2001
ND - 21 Aug, 2001

Our AP got approved on Sep, 17th till now i did not receive my AP, is it normal or do i have to call INS and check what happened

Interim EAD with receipts number

Hi,

I am a long-time visitor to this site. I appreciate everyone\'s effort to track the EAD processing time in TSC. I wonder if I can get the interim EAD from Houston local INS office with only the receipt number, since I haven\'t got the receipts yet. Any inputs is highly appreciated.

This is urgent. Please help!

still waiting for EAD, AP received

EB3 Mailed 06/15, RD July 11, ND AUG 29, AP approved Sep 17, AP Received 10/05. No news on EAD yet.
 
Nuve, - Same thing here.

AVM says that both of our EADs were approved on Oct. 2nd with RD 5/31/01, ND 8/21/01.

Our APs with the same RD, ND and AD as yours are still yet to receive. I contacted my lawyer, he told me APs were supposed to mail to his firm, and if he still hasn\'t got it next week, he will check with TSC.

So let\'s keep each other updated.

EAD & AP problems

Hi, zzhan and all:
My EAD and AP were sent on Aug. 12, 2001. I got them returned today. A REF described that "Your application is not complete. Ensure Part I is thoroughly answered."
My question is what is "Ensure Part I" and where to find it.

Check the filled forms of I-765 and I-131 specially part I and make sure they

are filled out properly i.e. no info is missing. If anything is not applicable write NA don\'t keep the space blank. Hope this helps.

Both my wife and I received our EAD and AP. Details are as below:

RD: 5/30/01, ND: 8/21/01
AD: 9/17/01 (AP, lawyer rec\'d it on 10/08/01)
    9/28/01 (EAD, we rec\'d card on 10/09/01)
