Again, thanks much for doing this. I think someone or perhaps you kindly added me, probably from trackit.com information, but the entry under "geofu" there is me, "geofu54" here. Not a big deal and no hurries, but can you change it when you have a chance?

his is my situation:
LC (245i) 07-2001 and 01-2004 AD 09/2006
I-140 RD 11/09/2006 AD 12/15/2006
I-485 RD 11/09/2006 Rejected I don't know why???

CIS says that the ETA form is not sign and the seal is different. (we need all this doc. in order to qualify under section 245i)


So, my lawyer re submit the I-485 together I-140 APPROVAL NOTICE.
and the eta FORM and the Original seal

Is this correct? What do you think?

On 11/24/06 CIS cashed my husband's money order (I-485+ I-765) not receipt yet.

My original date is April 2001 and there in xls file it is April 2004. My FP has been done on 07/13/2006.

Sorry for error on PD. :( I have changed it in the xls file and also added your FP date. (See post #37 for the latest file.)

13 approvals since 2/1

There's been 13 approvals on the TSC forum since 2/1.

Some of these were really fast - pinoyh1b in 26 days!!

Some were not so fast but eventually made it - ned in 1768 days :eek: and jbxieperm2005 in 524 days.

Excluding those three cases, the average processing time for cases approved since 2/1/07 appears to be 213 days. See the latest tracker spreadsheet below for additional information....

I, just back form Infopass, was told that my case was pending due to security check.

I-140, 485 Concurrent Filling on 11/03/06 at TSC.
I-140, Approved at 11/15/06.
I-485, RD 11/03/06, FP, 11/29/06, LUDs: 11/20/06, 11/21/06

Average 485 Approval time

Based on the track, I obtained averge 485 approval time:

World: 183 Days
India: 433 Days
China: 665 Days.

However, the worst individual is from world: 1324 days.
