Travelling with AP and valid H1 stamp

I have approved AP and valid H1 stamp on passport (expire in 2006) I wanted to know while coming back to US, should I enter with AP or with H1. I also have my I-485 original recipt with me.

Here is the scenario:

Entering on H1

• If in case ur I-485 gets denied, then u have ur H1 to fall back upon
• If you are not married or married and spouse is in ur home country, then you can bring her on H4 visa
  easy to enter back into USA

Entering with AP

some people say u lose H1 status and have to use EAD to work whereas some people say that u can still use H1 to work for same employer who filed ur H1

A little hassale to enter for some people at port of entry (secondary inspection). some people are lucky

Now u can make a decision for urself. If u have an attorney, then u can contact him for best advice
