I am working in USA on TN visa (valid upto 06/2008) . Next month I am travelling to U.K. for two weeks.

Do I have to keep I-94 with me ? Or I have to return to Check -IN counter at airport ?

What happen if I return from U.K. ?

Plese advice.

I traveled a few times during TN status. Everytime I DON'T turn in to airline. I keep it. After I'm back to US, I filled a new I-94, hand to CBP officer with old I-94 (TN), the officer will write down same info on new I-94, and retain old I-94.

If your I-94 has the words "MULTIPLE" on it, hang on to it and you will not need to fill a new I-94 upon your return.

When you leave N America you are supposed to give up your I-94, plain and simple. If you don't, even for good reason (like to prove your TN status upon return) they will usually make you fill in a new one.
