Travelling outsite US after H4-H1 approval

Hi,
I am planning to file for H4-H1 change of status through Premium porcessing in the first week of April 2006,
If my approval comes after 15 days,I am eligible to work from October 1st,

Now my doubts are

1. After H1 approvel can I travell outside US?

2. If I can travel outside US,with what Visa I should enter US, H4 or H1?

3. If it is H1,then should I get it stamped from my native country? and can I enter US before october 1st,2006?

Please help me with this information,

1) yes, you can.
2) If it's not reached H1 start date, you are still on H4. Use valid H4 visa.

But I would like to know,
Can I get H1 stamped in my native country before october 1st, or only after october 1st am I eligible stamp?

Since I'll be travelling after H1 approval before October 1st,I can enter on H4,but Can I get H1 stamped and still use H4 to enter,

you can get stamp before start date, but if it's toooo early, they may tell you to come back later.

It depends.
if you filed I539 as well as H1 petition, and I539 is approved with h1 approval, you do not need H1 stamp to start working.
you enter the uS with H4, and stay on H4 til H1 start date, and your status will be automatically changed to H1 upon H1 start date.
Unless you travel after H1 start date, you do not need H1 stamp.
Above is the case if you travel after H1(and I539) approval.

If you travel while I539 is pending, you need H1 stamp to start working.
