Travelling out of US on 7th year H1B extension

My 6 years of H1B expires this November and I plan to travle to India after that. By that time will have my 7th Year H1B extension based on my labor app that was filed in 12/2002. My question is in this scenario I will have to get appointment for visa stamp in Indian and then be back again. Do I need to worry about any concerns that might land me in any sort of problem while returning back to US or during my visa stamp in India.
