Travelling on Old H4 Visa Stamped from Company A

Hi

I have a question for this forum. My wife is travelling back to US on Old H4 Visa stamped on the passport valid till Feb 2007 from Company A. I have changed the company a year back to Company B and got my Approval Notice that time which is valid till 2008 Feb. Same is for my wife also H4 valid till 2008 Feb.

Question is it is ok for my wife to tavel back with Old Visa and New H4 Approval Notice. If yes that should she present both at the POE to get the correct I-94.

One things which I would like to mention, She has once gone at US Consulate in India for stamping and since they have raised some clariification, I want to follow this route. They have not cancelled her old Visa yet.

Looking forward for any help on this..

-----she should show valid H4 visa that is valid till 2007 AND YOUR H1 transfer approval at POE and will get I-94 till YOUR H1 approval notice
