Hello all. I received my GC about 4 months ago. I am planning a trip outside the US within the next 10 days. I just want to make sure that all i need to have on me when coming back is my passport and my original GC. If there is something i missed, please let me know. Thanks.

I am about to mail the FOA form to get my 140 approval notice. My company is located in New Hampshire and my case is pending in Vermont center . I got confused seeing this : http://uscis.gov/graphics/aboutus/foia/ADDRESS.htm.
Can you please tell me where to mail my FOA documents?
Should I also send my 485 receipt with FOA for 140?
