I have applied for US Citizenship and got to the stage of finger printing and waiting for my Interview letter.
Can I travel out of united states using my non US passport after completing my Interview or Oath Ceremony ?
Can I reschedule the Oath ceremony , will it impact my citizenship ?
Can I use my Green card to get into the country or do I have to use my Citizenship certificate.

After interview and before oath, you have to use non-US passport
because you are not a citizen yet.

After oath, I think in theory you can not use non-US passport
unless your current country allow dual citizenship. But if you enter
USA, USA always treat you as a US citizen and youhave to use AMerican passport.

In theory not.
But I know people who traveled using their foreign passport + cert of naturalization to be readmitted.
You won't have your green card since it will be taken away at the oath.

If you walk from Mexico you will be admitted even with no documents; however, no arline will transport you with the certificate.

How did one get on the plane from a foreign country with a non-US passport
without a US issued visa?

Well, the certificate of naturalization says you're a citizen.
My friend had no problem whatsoever. She was just told to get a US passport asap at the POE.
Flight was from London Heathrow.

PS: I'm not advocating to try to enter the US without a US passport as US citizen.
I'm just saying it happened to a friend of mine.
I recommend getting a US passport in one day at a US passport agency by showing proof of travel.
Or reschedule the oath.

I think that was a warning from POE as POE suggested your friend to get a US passport asap. Otherwise, she would have been taken to the secondary inspection at the POE. Your friend was very lucky.

I believe at this point, people are not that scared any more as they were as PRs. Deportation is not possible anymore.

Yes, of course..as long as your trip doesn't put residency into question before oath. After oath you need US passport to reenter US.

You can request oath to be rescheduled if you can't make it. No, it has no effect on your citizenship as you will only become US citizen once you actually take the oath.

You would only get naturalization certificate after you take the oath, so any travel before oath would be done on your green card and foreign passport.

Sar,

You are wrong on this one friend. I attended a naturalization ceremony in DC about 4 years ago, the USCIS official clearly told all newly minted citizens, you cannot use the naturalization certification to travel in and out of the United States. The certificate is not a substitute for a US passport. In most cases, people who have airlines tickets can request an expedited passport. Since I live in DC, you walk to the US passport agency and have a passport issued to you on the same day. ;)

Again, I'm reporting what happened.
I know that a US passport is required to enter the US as a US citizen.
However my friend used her brazilian passport + certificate of naturalization flying from London to New York.
Also, she obtained US citizenship while living and working in London (her husband was in the US Army, but years ago), don't ask me how. She would literally fly back for fingerprints, then interview and then oath. She flew back to London the very same day she took the oath, that's why she didn't have a US passport.

You forgot to include the word "illegally".;)

No illegality requied. As you are allowed to the inspection where they will accept your declaration of citizenship and send you for the secondary inspection, the airlines do not have that option and require documentation.

I know that reporting what happend can be edited for over dramatization...:D

Not in this case.
I mean, in the worst case scenario, what would happen?
They couldn't deny her entry since she's a US citizen.
Perhaps she could have been fined.

Worst case scenario would have been for her to offer brazilian waxing to all the CBP officers as her punishment for entering without a valid US passport... CBP could deny a US citizen entry if they believe the person is a threat to national security, deport the person back to England..:)
