I changed my status from B2 visitor visa to H1B and got H1B visa stamped in Mexico. Now I am planning to travel to New Zealand. Can I have any problem returning back beacuse of changing status or getting visa in Mexico instead of my home country.
I was just concerned if they might question me about why I changed status because they say that person on a B2 visa should not intend to staty back. Any thoughts on this?? Thanks.
