Travelling abroad with the new GC, Please Advise

Hi
I will be travelling with my recently recieved green card abroad for the first time, next week. Can somebody please tell me that do I need to give my previous I94 paper came with my 7th year H1 extension at departure time ?? or it is no longer required as I have green card now ?

Also, does GC holder need to fillout I-94 card at arrival ?

---------------- if you did not give I-94 when you wnt for passport stamping then give all I-94 at airline counter before you depart US
or it is no longer required as I have green card now ?
