Traveling to Hawaii

Hi there,

Any help or information on the following question would be greatly appreciated.

My wife has been on an H1B for several months and recently got her approval notice saying that her H1 would be extended. I got my first H1B approved in November 06 (I received the approval notice).

We both would like to visit Hawaii. My question is this: Are we able to travel to Hawaii without actual visas stamped in our passport? Or do the approval notices allow us to travel without visas? Do we even need visas to travel to Hawaii from mainland USA.

Anybody ??? I have the same problem, valid status but expired visa... Any problem going to Hawaii ? Thanks.
 
Hawaii is a state just like the other 49!!! No problems travelling there since it is part of the US. Enjoy your trip there. It is beautiful. I visited Hawaii on my way to Australia and New Zealand in 2003. I had a blast in Honolulu. Really good Sushi :)
