Hi Johannita,

I wanted to ask how you were able to expedite both your and your spouse’s applications together.

When I tried to do that, the USCIS officer said they can only discuss or process each applicant’s expedite request individually, and that my spouse would need to follow up separately.

Could you please share how you managed to get both applications expedited at the same time?

They will open 2 separate case for your expedite, in my case mine was approved but my wife case still in progress even though we expedited with same officer.

We did separate expedite and both were approved within 2 months difference

Are you the primary applicant or derivative? And was the expedite reason related to your case or your spouse’s?

Hi Xerzi, Did you provided any documents? I too received the same email. No update from them so recently reached out to them and they have placed a follow up request.

anyone travelled recently with RTD only no GC? Can you guys share your experiences?
I got my RTD, GC pending.

Now I'm getting anxiety travelling internationally, because I'm worried I won't be let back in. I have no criminal history never, all clean. Just anxious...that's it

I traveled with my husband back in July, everything went well

I traveled abroad 2 months ago with only a RTD, no issues when coming back.
