Hi
I and my wife had a succesful interview in Paris
we just returned to the US 5 days ago....
she just found out she has to go back to her homecountry tommorow because
her dad is in a critical condition
is that fine from an immigration standpoint?I mean if she wants to come cak in february..
 
I'm sorry for the health issue your family is in....but she should be fine. She has stamped her visa and although she hasn't gotten her GC yet she has a visa to travel in and out of the country. You need to keep track of all you entries and dates, if you want to apply for citizenship because that question will come up...better write all dates and entry ports down so you don't have to search for it if you ever want to become a citizen...
