travel while H1-B extension is filed

can one travel outside USA while his h1-b extension has been filed (since first 3 yeasrs are about to be over).and come back 50 days before expiration of the current h1-b.

will there be any legal problem if his h1-b extension gets approved while the person is outside USA ?

will there be any problem if the h1-b extension is in process and the person has gone out of USA for some time ?

Will there be any problem while entering into USA, if only 50 days are left on current H1-B ?
will they seek for h1-b extension notice while entering into USA ?

----- if that happens then better let your employer or lawyer send you the H1 extension approval to you out of US and when you enter US show Passport Visa stamp AND H1 extension approval you will get I-94 valid till H1 extension approval

--NO, if it is approved better get the approval as I posted above becase you will get I-94 valid till H1 extension, if you are back to US before H1 ext is approved then the I-94 will be attached with your H1 extension, if you only show your passport Visa you will get I-94 till your Visa stamp only
