Travel to Puerto Rico

Both my husband and I are on H1 visa, and our son is a US citizen.

Do we need tourist visas to visit Puerto Rico ? We want to go on vacation for 5-6 days.

Where can I find information about applying for a visa, if we need to ?

Also, same question for Bahamas and the Caribbean ?
