Can we travel to India without original I-94 and just a xerox copy of it on an H4 visa

travelling is okie but comming back u might face issues. Best is if u been legal through out here and have proof like xerox copy go to local INS and get the new I94.

Sure.... they don't care if you return your I-94 or not.
