Travel Out of country with Old H1-B Visa.

I have transferred my H1B to another company , got approved and started working since 4 months for the company. When H1B transfer is approved i got new I-94 with the petition I-129.
H1B Visa in my passport is from the previous company. If I have to travel out of US and re-enter do i need to get the visa stamping again with the new H1B. The visa is valid till Septemeber 2007.

Appreciate your early response. Please Advice.
 
Some more information added to the above message:

My old I-94 is valid till september 2007.
New I-94 which is on petition is validit till May 2008.
While travelling out of US, which I-94 to be handover at Immigration ?

------------------ You don’t need new Visa stamp if you want to go out and come any time Before September 2007 or Visa stamp validity date, what you should do is at POE when you enter show passport visa stamp valid till September 2007 AND new H1 transfer approval notice of new employer and you will get I-94 till H1 approval notice date May 2008, check the validly of I-94 at POE and if any mistake point out to officer or ask for supervisor (keep new employer letter and recent 2-3 pay stubs show ONLY if asked)

-------------- staple all the I-94 and surrender at airline counter before departure (keep the copy of front and back of I-94 in your immigration file for future reference)
 
I have a similar situation that I could use some help/clarification on..

1. I have a valid H1B visa from A till 04/2008.
2. I have an H1 transfer notice approved from B.
3. I want to resign A and travel to India for 3 months
before joining B.I don't plan to get my H1 stamped
again for B at this point.
4. When I enter the us again, would I have a problem
at the POE for the reason that A might have cancelled
my visa and I haven't started working for B yet?.

Your experience seems similar except that you had started working for B
before you travelled.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I'm in similar situation can anyone please help??
will I have a problem at the POE on my way back.
Someone told me it will be a problem if the first company cancels my H1
Is that true??
CAn someone pleeeeease help me?
