Travel on H1b after company name changed.

Hello,

I came to USA on H1b of comapny A.
Later company A got acquired by company B.
I continued with company B

The name appearing on my H1b remains A.
(no change on Visa since i enter).

Under these circumstances if i travel to India,
would there be any problem in reentry.

I have a photocopy of a letter from company B's CEO stating about the name change. Is it sufficient?

This mean that i going to risk my career in USA ( which is not my life ) partly because of your saying yes and no. Partly because i asked personally also 2 friends. 33%!!

Apart from these probabilty and vote evaluation, the practical aspect is:
If they create problem at POE , and if am ready to get a lawyer for it , I would REQUEST
you to reveal that person name so that in the court of law ins can be proved to have a different policy for me.

2nd Question!!
Am i entitled to have a lawyer when they deny
entry?
