Travel on AP without the H1 Visa Stamping

[SIZE=7]I am currently on h-1 non-immigrant status and the H-1 visa stamping is already expired on my passport.

I am planning tp travel next month. Can I be paroled using AP at re-entry without getting the visa stamping done when I visit my home country.

Also when I come back and get paroled without the visa stamping can I still work as a h1 non-immigrant as my h-1 extension is still valid.

Of course. AP would be meaningless if you needed a visa stamp.

Yes, provided you only work for your H-1 sponsor at the same rate of pay and location as in your LCA.

AP question

Hi

I am currently on H1B..but i have EAD/AP..in My Passport stamping got expired and right now i am having H1 with another employer(whoom applied for EAD/AP)..

I got Married recently..so while going from US to India..i gave all My I-94 cards to airport staff..(old I-94 i.e old employer..and New H1 I-94 new employer)..and while coming back i came on AP..

so My question is

Can my wife come on H4..is valid stamping required in Passport while going for H4 Stamping..or Just they look for H1 paper..(which does't have I-94 which i teared it while going to India)..
