Travel on Advance Parole

I received my advance parole a month ago. Can I travel outside US even if I do not have the H1-B revalidation on my passport. Please respond.

I have h-1 visa good until 2/2004. I was filed for i-485 for one month, Can I travel out of country with my valid h-1 visa and without applying Advance Parole?
 
should we be on EAD to use AP?

its confusing!!my lawyer seems to indicate
that I can enter on AP and work on h1 permit!!

I read on this board that when you enter
using AP, you have to work ONLY using EAD.
You cannot enter on AP if you intend to work
with H1 permit and invalid H1 visa stamp.

I decided to get on ead(by filing a new I9 form
with the employer) before I go outof the country..
