Travel in US -- which doc need

Hi,
I\'m in the AOS status(filed I485 on June) and got my EAD card. My H1B is expired this month, do you know what kind of doc do I need to take a domestic flight in US?
1. EAD
2. I485 Receipt
3. Passport
4. Driver\'s License
Anything else?

You mean original I-94 or my latest I-797 for my expired H1B? But the date on I-94 is already expired?

Latest I94. Just to prove that you were in status all the time. If you are questioned by an INS agent, they know what EAD is so you do not have to worry.
