Travel experience for the frist time after GC

got my GC in March 2009.

for the first time I went outside USA and back in 7 days....

I was sent for the secondary inspection, took 45 min... the officer ask so many questions like.

1. reason for the trip
2. how long was it
3. did you bring any alcohol or food items.
4. who is your current employer
5. who was your employer before
6. why travel so many times to Canada
7. is this your permanent address in US?
8.

bunch of more, but at then end he let me IN... not sure why they sent me for secondary inspection....
 
Got mine in March, as well. Only 2 travel stamps in my passport for the last 3 years, went abroad for 12 days (Europe). At O'Hare officer looked at my passport and GC, asked to press four fingers to that scanner and said with tired quiet voice: "welcome home...". I will remember this.
