Transit Visa - France - when travelling on AP

Do we need a transit visa, when travelling on AP ?

Travel details :

From : EWR, NJ
to : Mumbai, India
via : France, Paris
by AIR INDIA
 
it depends on what country you are from. Call the airline and ask. My parents are flying in from Russia and they are Russian citizens. AirFrance told me they don't need a transit visa to transfer planes in Paris. however, I was told that if they were from Ukraine, they would need a transit visa for the 1.5 hours they are going to spend at the airport.
 
Since they are flying on Air-India, they never get off the flight, so there is no need for Transit Visa.
 
that's nice. My parents have to get from Terminal B to Terminal C, although the entire flight is by AirFrance.
