Transit visa for Lufthansa via frankfurt

Hi,
I am travelling via frankfurt on lufthansa , my h1b stamping has expired but i have valid approval documents till march 2006, will get it stamped in india. do i need transit visa for frankfurt on way to india ,my stop is about 3 hours in frankfurt .

Are you making your own transit? or airline is making the transit. If air line is making transit and you are not going outof airport other than transit area, you no need of transit visa.
