transfering visa -will it be a problem when i m on my last year? then gc after

will be any problem transfering my h1b? It's in my last year expiring 2/28/08. (already in extension)

I am in the process of transfering my h1b visa from company a to b. After the transfer, if it go thru smoothly, i will apply for GC thru marriage since i am married to an USC since 7/2005. The reason i will applied the gc after the transfer is due to financial issue..our son needed a massive surgery done last year :(.

Since the new company b will pays me double what i m getting...it will solved our financial problem.

can you all forsee any problem?

---------------what do you mean by "already in extension"??? do you mean extension filed and pending?
*** when did you enter US on H1 first time?
** did your employer file LC for you? if yes when?
* do you have pending I-140??

no i mean is on my last year on my h1b visa. I am have everything else approved prior to this transfer. I will fill gc after i start working need $ . I first enter the country using F1 visa. Then i been in the country from F1, OPT, then H1b. Have not left the country yet
