I would appreciate it if you could help me with my questions.
My "first" three H1B years with my current employer (A) are due to expire in December 2nd, 2009. I am planning to transfer to a new company (B) at the end of my current H1B visa (again 12/02/2009) and at the same time extend my visa for the "second" three years, this time, with the new company (B).
Does company B need to do only one application and pay only once for both the transfer and the extension?
If two applications are needed, each with its specific fee, can they be done at the same time?
Since we are in mid June, when is a good time to start the applications?
