Transfered To Ne,

Yesterday I got a chance to talk to the NSC people using the POJ method. the Lady there said that the case was received from CSC on 3/1 and is waiting to be assigned to an officer.

She said she does not know when it will be assigned.

So thats it... infinite wait continues.....:mad:
 
Can you please tell what is POJ method.

Do you get an LUD if you visit INFOPASS.
I did an INFOPASS yesterday and got an LUD change on my 485 today.

As I said earlier. I got an Lud today (3/30) before this got it on 3/01.
And the LUd is just for my application, not for my wife or son.

I guess another mass update:mad:
 
I got the exact same pattern. Last LUD after transfer to NE was on 3/1. Today got LUD only on my 485, not wife or son.

Please keep posted if you get any FP notice etc.

I got another LUD today as well, (3/31) myself only not my family.
are your PD's current?

What about Neilgc?.

We had 3/4 Luds in past.But No results.
What will be results of these Luds.
I thnk waiting, waiting and waiting.
what are yr thoughts?.

whats ur PD & RD may be there is some pattern here as well
 
Hi Friends.

I think ,the result of LUD is FP. Me and mywife got FP Notices today.
I hope that who got recent LUD will get FPs.

Pls advise,If you get FP.

I got an LUD on 3/31 for my already approved I-140 as well.

any updates for you on your I-140 /485 today?

I got 485 LUD on 3/31 too(only mine, not wife/child), but no change on I-140 though.
My PD is 2/2002, EB3, India.
I have not received FP notice yet, I will keep posted if I get one in next few days.

My finger printing was completed in Nov 2006. So I doubt there will be another round again so early.
