thanks for the information. could you please let me know how exactly to send the email again -- just wanted to find the no of cases filed after jan 7th till end of dec--becos i\'m expecting the rd date to be end of dec-beg jan for my application.

luckstar, Yes its true. They approved only one case as of yesterday.
I think rest might fall under non-RIR i suppose ( i might me wrong too )

What are those #s.. pending cases or total number of applications recd on that particular day

it\'s quite misleading.As, somedays the #s are upto 200 and somedays they are just 1..how\'s it possible? there has to be a catch somewhere

What makes you think his data is not "reliable”? Just because it presents very gloomy picture it\'s unreliable?

If you can\'t appreciate someone\'s effort don\'t at least criticize without reasonable facts to support it and why somebody else Mr. Holmes? Why can\'t u yourself verify it since you are the one who is doubting it... GROW UP!

The way Jitup used to get those data are very smart, though it need a lot of work. He, bascially, checked the case status one by one for all those case numbers.
Anyway, no matter what those data has shown us, let cross our fingers and pray for good luck, since nothing we can do for it.

You can get status of 1000 cases in one email. just put each case numbers in one separate line . e.g
CASE 09506000
CASE 09507000
CASE 09508000

Later sort it my date. Yes if any one is good in EXCEL, i think he should volunteer.

perhaps, you guys need to grow up and be little mature and don\'t blindly believe anything that give

i am working for the immigration dept of one of the big firms and have access to all our empanelled attorneys. All these data are fake. Beleive if you want to or keep crying for the INS delays, man.
