Traking DOL list for California due to 245i Part2

Unfortunately, INS doesn\'t listen to us ...

... but it does listen to senators. Anyone knows how to get an audience with the big shots ?
 
but then ...

when the illegals become legal, they will begin to pay taxes. as for us, we are paying taxes anyways. we will have to live with filing extensions of our temporary stay (acc. to the new policies, i presume) and shall also continue to pay taxes. its a win-win situation for the INS.
 
Now, you may find that funny ....

... but I heard that if IRS finds out you didn\'t pay taxes *anytime*, even when you where illegal, they might drag your a$$ to jail. So, as far as I know most of the illegals do have SSNs/ITINs and pay taxes.
 
well........ you are partialy correct

... except in the cases where the "employer" is braking the law and using illegal work force and pays cash under the table - way less then the minimum wages. This is about 90%. The rest 10% using somebody\'s else SSN or TIN.
 
DOL is processing 22nd Oct as of 13th FEB

I think it might take atleast 5 months before my application is approved ( R.D 07-DEC-01 )

There are around 2200 applications before mine. I think DOL processes around 25 per day. So it will take almost five more months. Any comments?

Jitup, Are all of these RIR cases?

It seems all the case numbers are in sequence. So are all these RIR cases or do these include regular cases that were forwarded to DOL on that day? I guess it matters if DOL processes there in different queues...

Hi Jitup,

Where do you get information that DOL process 25 cases per day?

According to Green Envy\'s case, Case No: 95056XX, 09/26/01 TD to DOL, Approved on 12/28/01, It takes 62.7 cases per day to process. Let\'s guess Green Envy\'s RD is 10/03/01 as usual to add 7 days from TD. There are 19 days from 10/22 to 10/03/01. But the case NO jump from 95056XX to 9506793 which is 1193 cases. So, it will get 62.78 cases per day process. Hopely my math is correct. I am very frustrated to hear it will take additional 4 months to get LC approved :(

Looks like the first number 32 is total case number, then what about 19, 0, 19? can you offer some explanation? Do you also have those
data for the next few days?

They are total cases, no. of certified cases, remand to state, total cases ( i.e + certified + remand to state)

could you please explain what you mean by "info got by email by case numbers". is it possible to get the total no of cases from jan 7 th to the end of dec maybe? also the total no of cases from your list printed earlier does not match the current activity that you have posted in your most recent email-- can you explain that?

Case numbers on 24-Oct is 24 and not the first one. I am sorry.

Email by case numbers means : I sent email with case numbers and just grouped it.

Please note you can send email like this
CASE 09506000
CASE 09506001
CASE 09506002
and u will get status for these 3 cases.
