Traking DOL list for California due to 245I Part 3

As of Mar 5, DOL is at Oct. 29 for RIR

And, receipt notices have been issued for cases transferred on or before 1/15/02. (This information is *inferred*).
This takes the total DOL delay to 126 days. SESA is currently delayed by 242 days (they are on July 3, 01), making the total RIR time in california = 368 days! (over 1 year!! for RIR).

Hmmm Top of the list huh?

I guess luckstar getting his Labor approved moves me to the top of the list. :) My lawyer refuses to update me on my case number so no way for me to check up on my status with DOL. Don\'t have a clue what my RD is. Hopefully it is within a 2 week period of my transfer date. Will keep you\'ll informed if there any updates on my case.
 
labor_takes_forever, here is how to get RD

Call the Dol number and provide the employer\'s phone number to get a list of all cases.
My RD is 13 NOV and SeSA to Dol date is 8th NOV if you are looking for an estimate. Case# 09512XXX

That is just too difficult Keylong

Work for this huge company with a number of cases being processed. It will take for ever before they get to the current year. On the AVM they had some cases that were filed in July 1996, I gave up after 10 pre-historic cases. I wonder if you can get the latest cases on the AVM and skip all the old ones.
 
AVM number for DOL

Took me some time to find the AVM number in the archives, thought it is important so posting it again.

You can call 415-975-4617 and follow the prompts to get the status on AVM.

On the AVM, it needs me to input employer tax id, where can i find it? also where can i find the employer phone number?

You can get all cases in an email

Just send an email to lcstatus09@doleta.gov with blank subject, and the following in the body of the message:
Employer Phone (xxx) xxx-xxxx

You\'ll get a response with all cases for your company. Then guess your case based on the salary and receipt date!
 
Employer Phone number in AVM - Catchina

What you need to do is everytime they ask for your employer tax id, hit pound (#), I think that happens about 4 times. After that they will ask you for your employer phone number which you can get off one of your previous application to the Labor department (LCA, etc.).

The main problem I found like I mentioned earlier, is if you work for a company that has a huge number of labor cases filed, then be prepared to hear cases going back 5 years.

my PD at SESA is 5/4/01

The application moved to Dol on 11-8-01
Dol RD is 11-13-01
Still waiting.....

I just got stonewalled at my lawyer\'s office when I asked for my RD/Case Number, but the email case status worked perfectly.

DOL processing time

My case was transferred from SESA to DOL on Jan.7th, but today my lawyer told me he just got DOL receipt dated Mar. 4th, is it possible? He also mentioned estimated processing time would take about 90 days from receipt date (Mar. 4th).
