TRACKER: Waiting for PD to become current

This Sucks!!

I am not against any one in particular, but it really sucks to see that there are people from India whose PD is much later than mine and they have already filed their I-485/EAD a couple of years ago and are waiting probably for the 2nd time for the dates to become current in July. I have filed mine last week.

Lets see how long before I go through FP, Name Check and whatever before I have my Gruesome Card.

EB2 - India - PD - Oct. 2003
LC & I-140 Approved 2006/07
Filed I-485/EAD/AP - June 15, 2007
Waiting for RD from TSC.

I have seen lot's of guys from other countries with later PD getting there green card. Hold on to your frustrations.

Hello Parkland,

Thanks for the post and it honestly helps to console the mind. In reality, I am aware of the DV lottery and all the ROW categories getting ahead of the GC game. But what I am frustrated about is applicants from India with a later PD (like 2004 and 2005 and may be even 2006) getting ahead of my EB2 Oct. 2003 PD.
