Case moved from VSC to TSC in March 2007

Latest message for my case : "Document mailed..call us with in 30 days if you do not receive" . This change after i took an infopass appointment with officer...wife's case no change

During May 1st week, I spoke to TSC rep, and the IO told me that they are reviewing my file currently and it is a GOOD SIGN...I am waiting for today to pass, so that Jun might bring me some good news....Pray for me too all my brothers and sisters and I will do for you too...

My tracking (based on various forums) so far....EB3 India approved upto Sep 2002 as of May 30th ,2007..and we should see some drastic improvements in movement from Jun 1st week onwards...

Khodalmd, quick question, how were you able to apply for 485 with july 2005 priority date. is your spouse country of birth other than india.

I think the whole PD movement is a "business" decision. The kind of movement in PD is very un-realistic, all of a sudden how can they move couple of years? How all of a sudden Mr. Oppenheimer realized to move couple of years. They want to get more number of cases and every one starts applying for EAD and AP documents. To double the profits they increased the fees.

With a family of 2 applying for EAD and AP, USCIS makes $1290. Normally USCIS suggests to apply for them 6 months ahead of expiry so that they can make lot of money.
 
This dB is crapy!

Either put a online dB or update it please. No update since 2 weeks.

I'm afraid it doesn't work that way my friend. No one is supposed to anything. You don't assume I'm getting paid for it. Do you?

I started something voluntarily and hoped people would join hands and carry it forward. Unfortunately not many people were interested in helping out. That doesn't make it solely my responsibility.

If you don't like the way things are being handled, you've gotta pitch in and help out.

Nothing against you personally, just my opinion.
