Tracker: People not approved so far with current PD

No Second FP, no Biometrics. Case moved to TSC from VSC March 2007.
No LUDs since March 2007 after case moving to TSC.

By the time i receive FP or BioMetrics, retrogression will begin again then again wait for few more years, then again FP-BioMetrics then retrogression.......
My life will end by waiting for GC.
 
My time line is below.

I have vacillated between current PD and retrogression many times. I am not sure I will feel as elated as some here have felt when the final approval does come. My journey has been similar to what Saras has had but not as bad as his, because his PD is August 2001. Texas USCIS has sat on their hands while the other service centers used up the visa numbers and put the whole EB3 category under retrogression. Now there are not many 01/02 EB3 PDs left in other service centers to use up visas, so dates will stay current!

I hope Texas for once uses FIFO in their approvals. I have seen Sept/Oct/Dec 02 when there are still many early 02 year RD's stil waiting. I hope they clear these before moving to 03 RDs!

Case TX to Miami 02/05
Arrived in Miami 09/06 ( it took 19 MONTHS to get here !!! )
NO LUD's - No message changed since 02/05 ...just DEAD !!!
Started WOM and waiting for response !!!
In rest life is just ...BEAUTY....FULL !!!
 
Waiting with current PD

Case still not assigned to officer when I called using POJ on June 4. I was told case is ready for processing but am not sure if something is holding it up.

485 VSC-> TSC 3/2/07
FP2 - 5/7/07
Self LUD - 5/8/07
Spouse LUD - 5/8/07, 5/18/07

Hi hello friends we also same boat our dates became current.

I called today TXS sevice center but there is no officer and automatic connected cust service one of nice lady she taken all info & told me primary applicant is under process spouse applicant, she mentioned she will give the e-mail to IO for request open file... due to pending..name check god knows, she did not given that info ...
then that nice lady said call again next day let's see what will happen...

Had an info pass on 6/4. Had an LUD on 6/6.
Guys is this something to be hopefull about ? Or is it normal to have an LUD after an info pass?
