when was your FP done and is there any LUD after that ? is your is vsc - > tsc case ?
 
Stuck in Namecheck

Had an infopass yesterday - I was told my security check is still pending.

EB2 ROW. PD has always been current. Just recently got out of name check limbo. Initiated a service request with TSC and the wait now recommences...

Here is what i received from FBINameCheck office:

It is close but not yet reached the goal

Still waiting after 1574 days of concurrent filing.
Name check cleared in early 2003
Interview successfully completed 617 days ago
Actions taken recently:
May 15: Service Request initiated
May 22: Infopass; Collected Code3 FP notice during infopass & completed FP3 & Bio.
May 23: LUD on I-485
June 3: LUD on approved I-140
June 5: Requested Congressman's office to help

Case in Local Office heard nothing yet from them,after the PD became current.

Hi all,

I have created an excel sheet to track recent approvals & pending cases.

Sheet 1: Tracks recent approvals
Sheet 2: Tracks pending cases

Once your case gets approved, you can just cut and paste ur details from sheet 2(pending) to sheet 1(approved).
